We are looking for a Rockstar Client Relationship Coordinator to work After Hours - 

Monday to Friday 17:00 – 21:00!

You will need:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen, respond and relate to clients - in particular to explain things clearly to people who may not be very familiar with digital marketing terminology.  

Position overview:
We're looking for an experienced customer relationship coordinator to provide professional and friendly service through our help desk and digital platforms. 

This person should have a passion for helping others, and be able to stay calm and work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls that will be offering advice and support to resolve queries.

  • Monitor and manage digital technology platforms.

  • Tech Savvy with the ability to learn different platforms quickly and easily.

Requirements:

  • A Tertiary Degree (or studying towards) in Communications, Marketing or Humanities is required

  • Relevant working experience required

  • Fluent writing and speaking skills in English and Afrikaans

  • Experience in Infusionsoft, Kajabi and Hubspot would be beneficial

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral)

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Working hours:

            Monday to Friday 17:00 – 21:00
